COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
April 8, 2026

Call to Order: Mayor Hamberg called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm
The following were present:: Council Members: Okura, Melville, Messmer, Curry, Hartman, and Whitehead were present. Also present: City Clerk Barton and City Attorney Stewart.
The special meeting was requested by Council Member Hartman to discuss Ordinance 26-03 Amending Ordinance 91-11 and Section 31.02 of the Code of Ordinances in order to revise the future compensation for elective offices of Mayor and City Council
There was discussion amongst Council and comments from the residents who attended the meeting. No action was taken. The second reading will be at the next regular meeting on April 15,
Adjournment: There being no further business, Motion to adjourn. Motion/Second: Okura/Hartman. Approved by vote: Aye 6 Nay 0.
