Solicitor License Application – All Peddlers, Itinerant Merchants and Solicitors operating within the corporate limits of the City of Southgate are required by ordinance to register with the City prior to engaging in solicitation of any resident or business within the City.  Please submit the application and $20 registration fee to the City Clerk’s office for approval.  Occupational license is required to do any work or service in the City.  See the County Occupational License link below.
