Resolution 24-04_ Ballot Measure for Medical Cannabis
Council has voted that the issue of medical cannabis business in Southgate be put on the November 2024 ballot. Kentucky Senate Bill 47 legalizes medical cannabis in the commonwealth effective Jan. 1, 2025.
