The City of Southgate engaged with Kentucky League of Cities Community and Economic Development team to create a visionary workplan for the future of the city. The plan utilized the city council, Mayor, staff, and community members to build a vision for where the city is today and where it could be around 2035. This plan sets goals and priorities that will move the city forward in the future. The city will evaluate its progress and modify priorities as needed to accomplish its goals.
